

***A 50% Non-Refundable Retainer is required to hold your date in our schedule. This retainer must be paid within 24 hours of placing your order. If not paid, your order will be cancelled and your date will open up to others. Availability is only guaranteed for the 24 hours following a quote. If an order is not officially placed and held with a retainer, the date is not guaranteed and may be booked by someone else.
***The remainder of payment is due at pickup. Final payments for wedding orders are due one week before the event.
***Cancellations will be honored with a 14 day notice. Your retainer can then be transferred to a different date or order (subject to availability, which we try our hardest to accommodate). If less than 14 days notice is given, your retainer will be forfeited.
***We require a 10 day notice for custom orders, although 1 month is ideal. Anything less than 7 days will be considered an expedited order, and will be charged a rush fee. Full payment for expedited orders is due upon booking and not subject to refund.
***Please understand that all of our products are handmade, and there may be slight variations in coloring, style, and design from photos. While we gladly accept inspiration photos, we use them as a guide and will not copy another artist’s work in its entirety.
***We take great effort to package your order carefully, therefore we do not take responsibility for any damage done after the items have left our possession.
***No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be given once an order has been received.
